Delete Your Account

In the app (fastest way)

Open Ayna AI
Go to Profile → Settings
Tap Delete Account

This permanently erases your account, photos, generated results, and credits. This cannot be undone.

If you can't access the app

Email support@aynai.beauty from the address associated with your account (or include your account email if different) and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials
Uploaded photos and generated try-on results
Credit balance and purchase history
Saved characters/photos stored on your device for the app

Some records (e.g. purchase receipts) may be retained briefly as required by law or for fraud prevention, then deleted.
