Welcome to Ayna AI ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What the app does

Ayna AI lets you preview appearance changes — clothing, hairstyles, beards, makeup, and tattoos — by combining a photo of yourself with a reference image, using AI image generation. Results are AI-generated previews, not photographs of real outcomes, and may be inaccurate or unrealistic.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to use the app.

3. Your content and rights

• Upload only photos that you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing, or infringing.
• You keep ownership of your photos; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to create misleading or harmful imagery of real people, impersonate anyone, generate sexual or violent content, or abuse, overload, or circumvent the service, its usage limits, credits, or security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. AI-generated content

Results are produced by an automated AI model (Google Vertex AI) and are provided "as is" for preview and entertainment. We do not guarantee accuracy, likeness, or fitness for any decision (e.g. a haircut, tattoo, or purchase). You can report objectionable output to support@aynai.beauty.

6. Credits, purchases, and subscriptions

• The app uses credits (1 credit = 1 generation). You may earn free credits, buy credit packs, or subscribe to a monthly plan.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play under its terms; prices and credit amounts are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play → Subscriptions (also linked in the app). Cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the current period.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Except where required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated previews. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account any time (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or end access for violations or to protect the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
